All About Me

My avid sportsman father shared vast firsthand knowledge of nature with me in the wilds of Maine, the state where I originally grew up. This inspired my own deep love for the outdoors.  Today, glimmers of this lifelong passion are professionally reflected in Willy D's distinctive mobile horse cart bar, as well as unique, personalized bar service crafted specifically for outdoor Colorado destination events.

My journey in the hospitality industry began in restaurants and bars along the coastal communities of Maine.  Over time, my passion for crafting special experiences led me to the warm beaches of Miami, working within the Magic City's restaurants and nightclubs.  Eventually, this background led me to the restaurant, catering and mobile bar industry in Colorado.  Over 20 years of experience has honed my skills in mixology, customer service, and bar management. vThroughout my career, I have crafted a wide array of classic and innovative cocktails, ensuring that each beverage meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Now, with our mobile bartending carts and full-service bar offerings, I bring curated cocktails and a personalized touch to weddings and special events by blending creativity with seamless hospitality.

Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers allows me to provide customized recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience.

As a craft cocktail bartender with a deep passion for curated events ~ particularly the boutique wedding industry ~ I specialize in creating bespoke drink experiences that reflect each couple’s unique love story and wedding theme.  From designing personalized signature cocktails to providing comprehensive bar services, my goal is to ensure that every beverage detail contributes to an unforgettable memory.  I strive to make each wedding not just an event, but a cherished experience.
